Well after lunch I was craving something sweet so I concocted this lovely healthy drink! It may not look that great but it’s really great!
Vanilla Blueberry Chia Protien drink!
1 cup of water
1/3 to 1/2 cup of blueberries (I used about 1/3 and it was perfect)
1 Tbsp of vanilla whey protien powder
1 tsp agave nectar
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Blend the ingredients in a blender pour on ice and optional add low fat whipped cream!
About 90 cals with whip and 80 cals without!
