So yes…sorry about the M.I.A followers :(
Just been very busy and actually really unmotivated. (again sad face here)
But good news I’ve been trying something new! I’ve been keeping a food log so I can physically see how much I am consuming and to keep track and notice patterns and what not.
So fingers crossed hopefully this works!

……and I’m opting to not participate in regular movies, dinner, and sleepover with friends. I’m hitting the gym and going to earn this body asap!PUHLUSSS I don’t want temptation right in my face just because my friends don’t share the same passion for being healthy as I do. ( I still love them) But, I need to put me first and focus keep my mind on the goal! :) Also, side note: I’ve lost two more lbs. ! woot woot! So yeah deff can’t break my focus now.

It starts now!
I’m super excited….. because I’ve finally decided to embrace my lifestyle change and work towards making my dream body a reality. So, with that being said I’m going clean grocery shopping for low G.I. foods and fat burning foods that will increase my metabolism. So game plan is to lose 17 lbs. by Aug. 1st, 2012! I’m going to visit my boyfriend and meet his friends (for the first time) so I want to feel confident and him to be proud of me so I am going to be Knock-out status hollaaaa lol :) Wish me luck for today is day uno! :)))))
